Description:
The FPD-UV-3000 is a fast optical probe designed for visualizing and measuring the temporal characteristics of laser beams within the spectral range of 193 nm to 1100 nm. It incorporates an ultraviolet-enhanced silicon PIN photodiode, engineered to convert optical signals into electrical signals, which are then measured using third-party instruments such as oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers for measurement purposes. The FPD-UV-3000 has a rise time of 3 nsec. It is powered by an external DC power supply (included) to provide reverse bias voltage.
